So much goes on in a day, a year.
LIFE!
The journey continues. Meditation classes, teacher training in Health. It is my passion. But like many of us I also have a job in the world. There is so much to learn in the worldly spaces. Showing up and being the best version of yourself. Not taking things personal. Asking what do you mean before jumping to a conclusion. Yes, lots to learn. In the past 3 years the journey has been full of all of that and more. I continue to share quick thoughts on FB. But my heart wants to write, to share.
At the end of the day all we can do is take a deep breath and be thankful for another opportunity to have a fresh start the next day.
